Overview
The IBT-2 is a fully integrated high-current H-bridge based on two BTS7960 chips. It is designed to drive large DC motors with a peak current capacity of 43A. Unlike smaller drivers that get scorching hot under load, the IBT-2 comes with a massive aluminum heatsink to keep the MOSFETs cool. It is compatible with Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi, providing smooth PWM speed control and bi-directional movement.
Key Features
Insane Power: Capable of handling up to 43A peak current, making it suitable for motors that smaller drivers simply can’t move.
Voltage Range: Operates safely between 6V and 27V DC.
Full Protection: Built-in over-voltage, under-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature protection.
MCU Isolation: Features a 74AHC244 isolation chip to protect your Arduino from high-voltage spikes coming from the motor.
High-Speed PWM: Supports PWM frequencies up to 25kHz for smooth, silent motor operation.
