Return and Exchange Policy

At Robochacha.pk, our Return and Exchange Policy is designed to be simple and customer-friendly. You can request a return and exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. However, we cannot process any request after this period.


Return and Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for our return and exchange, please ensure the following:

  • The product must be unused
  • The product must be clean and in good condition
  • The product must be in its original packaging (box or wrapper)

Additionally, you must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.


How to Request a Return and Exchange

To start a return and exchange, contact our support team with your order details.
After that, we will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Once approved, you can send the product back to us using a reliable courier service.


Refund Process

After receiving your returned product, we carefully inspect it.
Then, we notify you about the approval status via email, message, or WhatsApp.

If your return and exchange request is approved, we process your refund within 24–48 hours.


Approved Returns (Honored Claims)

If your claim is approved, the refund will be issued through your original payment method, such as:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card
  • Easypaisa / JazzCash

Delay in Refunds (If Any)

If you have not received your refund, please follow these steps:

First, check your bank account statement.
Then, contact your bank or credit card provider.
Also, review any messages from Easypaisa or JazzCash.

Return Shipping

To complete your return and exchange, send the product to the shipping address mentioned on your parcel.

Please note:

  • Customers must pay return shipping costs
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Courier charges will be deducted from your refund amount

Important Shipping Notes

If your product value exceeds Rs. 5000, we strongly recommend using a trackable courier service or shipping insurance.

This ensures safe delivery, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.
