How do I place an order?
Add products to your cart and check out on the website, or send us the product names on WhatsApp and we will place the order for you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash on Delivery, bank transfer, and Easypaisa / JazzCash.
Is Cash on Delivery available in my city?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan.
Will you confirm my order?
Yes. We confirm orders on WhatsApp or by phone before dispatch, especially Cash on Delivery orders.

Returns & exchanges
How many days do I have to return a product?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Read the full Return & Exchange Policy.
What condition must a returned product be in?
Unused, clean, in good condition and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer, and shipping charges are non-refundable.

Delivery
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is Rs 350 with advance payment or Rs 450 with Cash on Delivery (COD orders need a Rs 300 confirmation fee, deducted from the final amount). The exact charge is shown at checkout. See Shipping & Delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2–4 working days after your order is confirmed.
Can I pick up my order from your shop?
Yes, from Shop 6, 2nd Floor, Sheikh Rehmatullah Market, Hall Road, Lahore. Please message us first so your order is ready.
How do I track my order?
Use our Track your order page with your order number and billing email, or ask us on WhatsApp.
