1. About these terms

These terms apply to all orders placed on Robochacha.pk, operated by Robochacha, Shop 6, 2nd Floor, Sheikh Rehmatullah Market, Hall Road, Lahore, Pakistan. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping & Delivery policy and our Return & Exchange Policy.

2. Orders

An order is accepted once we confirm it. We may contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your order, especially for Cash on Delivery.

We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price is shown incorrectly, or we cannot confirm the order. If you have already paid, we will refund you in full.

3. Prices & payment

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges are added at checkout.

We accept Cash on Delivery, bank transfer and Easypaisa / JazzCash. For bank transfer and wallet payments, orders are dispatched once payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

Delivery is charged at Rs 350 with advance payment or Rs 450 with Cash on Delivery (COD orders need a Rs 300 confirmation fee, deducted from the final amount) and usually takes 2–4 working days after confirmation. See Shipping & Delivery for details.

5. Returns & refunds

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions in our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Product information & use

We try to describe products and show images accurately. Images may be for illustration, and minor differences in colour, markings or packaging can occur.

Electronic components must be used within their rated specifications. Please check datasheets, voltages and wiring before use; damage caused by incorrect wiring, over-voltage or soldering is not covered by returns.

7. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details safe. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction.
