We confirm your order on WhatsApp or by phone, especially for Cash on Delivery orders.

Your parts are checked, packed safely and handed to TCS.

Delivered
Your parcel usually arrives in 2–4 working days. Pay the rider if you chose Cash on Delivery.

How delivery is charged
Delivery is charged at Rs 350 with advance payment or Rs 450 with Cash on Delivery of parcel weight. The delivery charge for your order is calculated automatically and shown at checkout, before you place the order.
Heavier items such as tools, batteries and soldering stations add to the parcel weight.

- Bank transfer: advance payment to our bank account
- Easypaisa / JazzCash: mobile wallet payment
For bank transfer and wallet payments, we dispatch your order once your payment is confirmed.

Once your order is dispatched, you can check its status on our Track your order page using your order number and billing email, or ask us on WhatsApp.

How much is delivery?
Delivery is Rs 350 with advance payment or Rs 450 with Cash on Delivery (COD orders need a Rs 300 confirmation fee, deducted from the final amount). The exact charge for your order is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm.
How long will my order take?
Orders are usually delivered in 2–4 working days after confirmation, anywhere in Pakistan.
Can I pay when the parcel arrives?
Yes. Cash on Delivery is available all over Pakistan. You can also pay in advance by bank transfer or Easypaisa / JazzCash.
Can I collect my order from your shop?
Yes. You can collect from our shop at Hall Road, Lahore. Message us on WhatsApp first so we can have your order ready.
