Overview
The MX1508 Motor Driver is a dual-channel H-Bridge module capable of controlling two DC motors or one 4-wire stepper motor. Often called the “Mini L298N,” it is significantly smaller and more efficient. Unlike the old L298N which has a large voltage drop, the MX1508 uses MOSFETs to ensure your motors get maximum power from your batteries. It is the gold standard for small-scale 2WD and 4WD robots, RC cars, and Arduino-based moving projects
Key Features
Ultra-Compact Size: Smaller than a postage stamp, making it ideal for micro-sumo or insect robots.
Dual H-Bridge: Control speed and direction for two motors independently.
PWM Speed Control: Supports Pulse Width Modulation for precise speed adjustments.
Built-in Thermal Protection: Features a common-conduction circuit to prevent battery drain and overheating.
Low Battery Friendly: Works with voltages as low as 2V, perfect for single or dual Li-ion battery setups.
