The NY-D01 40A Spot Welder Control Board serves as the digital brain for custom-built resistance spot welders. By regulating a reliable 40A Silicon Controlled Rectifier (SCR), this module gives you granular control over the welding duration (cycles) and weld current (power percentage) via a clear, dual-digit red LED interface. It handles standard 0.1mm to 0.15mm nickel-plated strips with ease, making it an essential component for assembling e-bike batteries, power banks, and laptop pack rebuilds without breaking the bank.

Critical Operation Rules
AC Power Requirement: This board relies on AC sine waves for its timing logic. You must power the board controller with a small 9V or 12V AC output transformer. Connecting a standard DC wall adapter will light up the screen but will prevent the welding pulse from firing.
Welding Limits: The 40A version is highly optimized for nickel-plated steel strips up to 0.15mm. If your project demands pure thick copper or 0.2mm+ pure nickel sheets, we highly recommend upgrading to our NY-D01 100A variant.
