Overview
The PIC Strawberry Development Board is a versatile and robust learning platform designed specifically for the Microchip PIC family (most commonly the 40-pin PIC16F877A). Unlike international boards that can be overly complex, the Strawberry board is streamlined for the Pakistani academic syllabus. It provides a stable, pre-wired environment to test code, interface with sensors, and build industrial-grade logic without the mess of a breadboard.
Key Features
Local Engineering: Designed and manufactured in Pakistan with high-grade PCB material and clear silk-screen labeling.
40-Pin ZIF/IC Socket: Specifically built for the PIC16F877A, but compatible with other 40-pin PIC microcontrollers.
On-Board Peripherals: Includes integrated features like a Reset button, Power LED, and a dedicated 16×2 LCD header.
External Breakouts: All 40 pins are broken out to easy-to-use headers, allowing you to connect jumpers to external modules or breadboards.
Stable Power Circuit: Built-in voltage regulator (7805) allows you to power the board with a standard 12V DC adapter.
