Overview 📝
The FR HRM10 BP is the official replacement/upgrade test lead set for the HRM10 Battery Internal Resistance Tester. These are true 4-wire Kelvin clips, featuring gold-plated contact surfaces to ensure a low-resistance connection. Whether you are building battery packs for e-bikes or testing the health of a solar battery bank, these clips are essential for getting the “real” milliohm reading without interference from the wires themselves.
Key Features
4-Wire Kelvin Technology: Separates the current-carrying wires from the voltage-sensing wires for 100% accurate resistance data.
Gold-Plated Contacts: Prevents oxidation and ensures a consistent, high-conductivity connection with battery terminals.
Heavy-Duty Build: Reinforced cable strain relief and high-tension springs designed for repeated professional use.
Universal Compatibility: While designed for the HRM10, the standard aviation-style connector (or banana plugs, depending on the version) makes them adaptable for many high-end LCR meters.
High Flexibility: Soft, high-temperature silicone wires that won’t tangle or crack over time.

Why “BP” (Big Probes) matter?
The standard “Pen” probes are great for small 18650 cells, but if a customer is testing Car Batteries, UPS Batteries, or large Prismattic LiFePO4 cells, they need the BP Clips. These allow for a “Hands-Free” connection so the user can focus on the screen while the clips stay securely clamped to the heavy terminals.
