Overview
The GT2 20-Teeth Idler Pulley is engineered for high-precision linear positioning applications using 10mm wide timing belts. Equipped with high-quality dual internal shielded ball bearings, this pulley rotates smoothly on any 5mm shaft or M5 bolt, drastically reducing friction and belt wear. The integrated teeth match the GT2 belt profile exactly, preventing belt slippage, reducing backlash, and eliminating the “ghosting” artifacts often caused by smooth idlers on the toothed side of a belt.
