Overview
The 2A104J Mylar Capacitor is a non-polarized polyester film capacitor designed for reliability. With a capacitance of 0.1uF and a massive 400V voltage rating, it is significantly more robust than common ceramic disc capacitors. It is widely used in noise suppression, blocking, coupling, and decoupling applications where voltage spikes are a concern. Its inductive “wrapped” construction ensures it can survive harsh electrical environments without breaking down.
