Overview

The XH-M604 Battery Charging Controller is a programmable relay module designed to manage the charging cycle of almost any battery. Whether you are using a standard 12V car battery, a custom 24V Lithium-ion pack, or a 48V e-bike battery, this module ensures it never overcharges. By setting a “Start Voltage” and a “Stop Voltage,” the module will automatically close the relay to allow current to flow when the battery drops below your threshold, and open the relay to cut the power once the maximum voltage is reached.

Technical Specifications

Crucial Note: This board does not regulate voltage or current. The voltage of the charger you connect to the input must match the charging voltage required by your battery. If you connect a 24V charger to a 12V battery, this module will not step it down!
