Overview
The 10cc Syringe Flux (RMA-223 / NC-559 style) is a high-viscosity, no-clean flux designed specifically for the precision requirements of SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and BGA (Ball Grid Array) work. Unlike standard liquid flux that runs everywhere, this “Grease” stays exactly where you put it. It is the gold standard for mobile phone repair, laptop motherboard fixing, and DIY electronics involving tiny components like 0603 resistors or SOIC chips.
Key Features
Precision Application: The syringe design allows you to apply a tiny “dot” of flux exactly on the pin or pad you are working on.
No-Clean Formula: Leaves very little residue and is non-conductive, meaning you don’t have to wash it off (though a quick wipe with IPA always looks more professional!).
High Thermal Stability: Won’t evaporate or “burn off” instantly under the heat of a hot air station or a high-temp soldering iron.
Excellent Wetting: Instantly breaks down oxidation on pads, allowing solder to bond perfectly without “bridging” between pins.
Smoke-Reduced: Engineered to produce less irritating fumes than traditional cheap rosin pastes.
