Overview
The 12V DC Solenoid Lock is a compact, high-quality electronic lock designed for cabinets, drawers, safes, and automated entry doors. Operating on a simple 12V DC supply, the lock works on a fail-secure mechanism: when power is applied, the internal solenoid pulls the latch back, allowing the door to open. Once power is cut, the spring-loaded latch extends back out to lock securely. It is 100% compatible with microcontrollers like Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi when paired with a proper relay or transistor driver.
Key Features
Fail-Secure Operation: Stays safely locked even during a power failure, ensuring security for valuables.
Rotatable Latch Bolt: The direction of the bevel slanted latch can be easily unscrewed and rotated (4 ways) to match left-hand, right-hand, top, or bottom opening doors.
Robust Metallic Body: Built with high-strength iron housing and a nickel-plated finish for excellent corrosion resistance.
Ultra-Slim Profile: Easy to conceal inside acrylic, wooden, or metallic cabinets for a clean, professional finish.
Easy Mounting: Features pre-drilled holes on the frame for fast panel mounting in custom project boxes.
