Recommended Machining Parameters 

  • Spindle Speed: 10,000 – 20,000 RPM (Higher speeds reduce the risk of tip breakage)

  • Feed Rate: Start conservative (100 mm/min – 300 mm/min) to protect the micro-tip on hard substrates.

  • Plunge Rate: Keep plunge rates very low (30 mm/min – 50 mm/min ) to avoid breaking the 0.2mm tip upon entry.
