The 3V–6V TT Gear Motor is a lightweight, high-torque motor ideal for powering wheels on small mobile robots. It features a plastic gearbox with a 1:48 reduction ratio, which allows it to move significantly heavier loads than a standard DC motor while maintaining a controlled speed. The Dual Shaft design is a major advantage—it allows you to mount a wheel on one side and an optical encoder (for speed sensing) on the other.
