Overview 📝
The 4-Channel Solid State Relay Module provides high-density, completely isolated multi-channel AC switching capabilities for smart appliances, custom automated setups, and PID control panels. Because it contains no moving components, it handles fast-rate switching tasks—such as industrial incubator temperature cycles—where a regular relay would rapidly burn out its copper contact plates. Designed with an emphasis on circuit safety, each of the four channels includes an independent resistive fuse to safeguard your high-voltage lines.
Key Features ✨
4-Way Silent Operation: Zero moving mechanical arms means absolute silence—ideal for installation behind home switchboards or bedroom setups.
Optically Isolated Input: Complete isolation separating your fragile 5V logic lines (Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi) from hazardous 240V AC mains.
Low-Level Logic Triggering: Active-Low configuration requires only 12.5mA of sink current per channel to snap closed, guaranteeing stable switching logic.
Zero-Cross Switching Technology: Minimizes electrical EMI noise and power surges by switching precisely at the AC wave’s zero-voltage point.

Critical Connection Warnings
AC Output Limitation Only: This SSR board is entirely built around TRIAC components. It only controls AC currents. It will remain stuck in a permanently “ON” state if wired to a DC source like a 12V automotive battery or a basic DC gear motor.
Inductive Load Derating: For simple resistive loads (heaters, incandescent lamps), it safely supports up to 2A per line. For inductive loads (AC cooling fans, transformers, water solenoid valves), derate your load limits to 1A to avoid high back-EMF heat build-up.
