Overview 

The HW-687 Mini DC Speed Controller is a versatile PWM governor designed for low-voltage applications. Unlike simple resistors that waste energy as heat, this module uses high-frequency PWM to pulse the power, ensuring high efficiency and maximum torque even at low speeds. It’s equipped with a high-current resettable fuse and a high-quality potentiometer that includes a physical “click” to turn the power completely off.
