Overview 

The IR2184S is a high-voltage, high-speed power MOSFET and IGBT driver with dependent high-side and low-side referenced output channels. It is designed to drive power transistors in a half-bridge configuration, common in motor drive circuits and high-frequency inverters. The internal deadtime generation prevents “shoot-through”—a critical safety feature that protects your transistors from short-circuiting.
