Overview
Achieve flawless first-layer adhesion and stop print warping with the MK3 Aluminum Heated Bed. Measuring a standard 214 mm times 214 mm, this board is crafted from a rigid 3mm aluminum plate that serves as both the heating element and the printing print bed.
The dual-power circuit design gives you the flexibility to wire it for either a 12V or a 24V system. Whether you are building a custom DIY 3D printer or replacing a warped bed on an existing machine, the MK3 aluminum plate delivers exceptionally uniform thermal performance across the entire printing area.
Key Features
2-in-1 Integrated Surface: Rigid 3mm aluminum sheet eliminates the heavy weight and clipping hassle of traditional glass-and-PCB combos.
Dual-Voltage Versatility: Can be wired for 12V (high current) or 24V (faster heating, lower current) setups to match your power supply.
Uniform Thermal Distribution: The aluminum core spreads heat evenly to the outermost corners, preventing cool zones that cause edges to warp.
Pre-Drilled Counter-Sunk Holes: Features 4 corner mounting holes and 1 center-edge mounting hole for precise 3-point or 4-point bed leveling.
