The ESP32-WROOM-32U is a powerful, generic Wi-Fi+BT+BLE MCU module that targets a wide variety of applications. What makes the “32U” unique is the absence of a PCB trace antenna. Instead, it features a tiny U.FL (IPEX) connector designed for an external 2.4GHz antenna. This is a game-changer for engineers building products inside metal cases, as it allows the antenna to be mounted on the outside. We offer this module in three memory capacities (4MB, 8MB, and 16MB) to suit everything from simple sensors to memory-intensive web servers and AI scripts.
