Overview
The 30-Pin ESP32 Base Expansion Shield is designed to simplify the prototyping process for the ESP32 DevKit V1 (30-pin version). It acts as a backbone for your project, providing a DC Barrel Jack for external power and breaking out every pin into a G-V-S (Ground, Voltage, Signal) format. This allows you to plug in servos, sensors, and relay modules directly using standard jumper wires without needing a breadboard.
Key Features
Plug-and-Play Headers: Every GPIO pin is grouped with a dedicated 5V/3.3V and Ground pin, making it perfect for sensor-heavy projects.
Flexible Power Input: Includes a standard DC Barrel Jack (5.5×2.1mm) that accepts 6.5V to 12V DC, ideal for battery-powered or wall-adapter setups.
Dual Voltage Rails: Integrated voltage regulators provide stable 3.3V and 5V outputs to power all your peripherals simultaneously.
Uno-Inspired Layout: While it keeps the ESP32 core, the mounting holes and layout make it easy to integrate into larger robotic chassis.
Power Indicator: Onboard LED shows you instantly if the board is receiving power.
