Our OpenBuilds POM Plastic Mini V-Wheels are precision CNC-machined from solid Delrin (Polyoxymethylene) engineering plastic. Unlike cheap molded wheels that suffer from uneven surfaces and flat spots, these machined V-wheels deliver flawless, silent tracking along standard V-Slot aluminum extrusions. Their compact design makes them ideal for space-constrained applications like compact 3D printer carriages, laser engravers, and smooth camera sliders.

What’s the difference between Mini V-Wheels and Solid V-Wheels? 

• Mini V-Wheel: Features a smaller outer diameter (15.23mm). It is meant to guide a carriage more compactly or ride inside specific low-profile configurations.

• Solid/Dual V-Wheel: Larger diameter (24.39mm). Designed for heavy-duty load carriage on larger CNC platforms like the WorkBee or Ox CNC.
