Overview
The LM324 SMD (SOIC-14) is a quadruple operational amplifier designed for space-sensitive applications. Packing four high-performance op-amps into a single surface-mount chip, it allows for complex signal processing, filtering, and amplification in a fraction of the space required by through-hole components. It is “Single Supply” compatible, meaning it can run directly from your 5V or 12V rail without needing a negative voltage source.
Key Features
Quad-Amplifier Integration: Four independent op-amps in one SOIC-14 package.
SMT Design: Low profile and small footprint, ideal for automated PCB assembly and compact DIY gadgets.
Wide Supply Range: Operates from a single supply (3V to 32V) or dual supplies (±1.5V to ±16V).
Low Input Bias: High-impedance inputs make it perfect for reading sensitive analog sensors.
Internally Compensated: Stable at unity gain without the need for extra external components.
