Overview
The SOP16 to DIP16 Adapter Board is a high-quality FR4 glass fiber PCB designed to make your life easier during the prototyping phase. If you have an SMD chip (like a shift register, motor driver, or logic gate) that only comes in an SOP/SOIC package, this board allows you to solder the chip onto the top and add standard header pins to the bottom. Once assembled, your SMD chip behaves just like a traditional DIP chip, fitting perfectly into breadboards, Vero boards, or 16-pin IC sockets.
