• Voltage Match: This is a 12V heater. Do NOT connect it to a 24V control board (such as the Ender 3), as it will draw double the current, overheat instantly, and pose a severe fire hazard.

• Thermal Runaway Protection: Always ensure your printer’s firmware (Marlin/Klipper) has Thermal Runaway Protection enabled before installing a new heating element.

• Secure Fit: Ensure the grub screw holding the cartridge inside the heater block is tight. A loose cartridge cannot transfer heat efficiently and will burn out.
